2. What you are buying

The MTD Ready Toolkit is a digital download containing educational materials, checklists, calendars, and spreadsheet resources to help UK sole traders and landlords understand and prepare for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self Assessment.

It is delivered digitally after successful payment via Stripe.

3. Educational product only — not tax advice

MTD Ready is not personalised tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice.

The toolkit is designed to help you understand the rules and organise your next steps. It does not replace HMRC guidance, MTD-compatible software, or advice from a qualified accountant or tax adviser. Always verify your obligations with GOV.UK/HMRC or a qualified professional if in doubt.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the checkout page and may change from time to time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Any time-limited offer shown on the site applies only during the stated period and may be withdrawn or changed for future purchases.

5. Delivery and access

After payment, you will be redirected to a download page and receive a Stripe receipt. If you have any trouble accessing the files, email support@blackneon.ai with your purchase email address and we will help.

6. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you buy the toolkit and decide it was not useful for you, email support@blackneon.ai within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you.

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method via Stripe. It may take several working days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

7. Licence and permitted use

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the toolkit for your own business/property affairs. You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, or share the files as a standalone product.

8. Accuracy and changes

We aim to keep the toolkit accurate and practical, but tax rules and HMRC guidance can change. We do not guarantee that the content will cover every individual circumstance or future rule change.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackneon Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the toolkit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
